The Recruiting manager's primary responsibility is to partner with leadership to achieve talent acquisition objectives to ensure HR staffing processes and practices are aligned. The recruiting manager will serve as a lead contact for all operational client staffing needs including talent acquisition and management, recruiting metrics, manager training, and technology.
