We are looking for an Accountant I to join our team. 


About the Job:

  • Actively engage in the continuous improvement of settlement function documentation & controls.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations on settlement support accounts
  • Prepare example workbooks in support of post conversion training and provide simple post conversion training.
  • Take the lead to ensure the proper and timely management of settlement services customer inquiries.
  • Fully embrace and champion client support controls.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement of settlement function documentation.


  • 0-2 years Accounting experience
  • 4 year degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, preferably in Excel.
  • Ability to discuss settlement transactions with financial institutions.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adhere to specific time frames.
  • Adapt and perform in unexpected circumstances and have a willingness to learn and problem solve.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Articulate the settlement vision to financial institutions.
  • Good interpersonal communication, with strong written and verbal aspects, and a team player (help others and fill in for them as required).
