Our Quality Assurance Specialist will support and assist the Platforms Delivery department with program change quality monitoring and the identification and implementation of process improvements.

Additionally, this individual will:


  • Systematically review First Data program builds to ensure client requirements are met
  • Educate production team on quality assurance issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall program build quality
  • Create process checklists and coordinate quality reviews with fellow team members
  • Comprehensively document quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken
  • Validate the results of program changes and providing feedback to necessary individuals.


  • Intimate First Data Systems knowledge.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively in both written and verbal communications.
