  • Overview

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to be responsible for product management, maintenance and strategic enhancement identification and delivery for the product and service offerings within their assigned vertical.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Creates overarching view of assigned product vertical strategy for management and enhancements.
    • Acts as a project lead in the developing and implementing of strategies for product vertical solutions.
    • Act as the principal product functional leader on all products within the assigned product vertical.
    • Acts as representative of the product vertical for internal and external audiences.
    • Leads the research, analysis, and development of new product enhancements, services and markets for assigned product vertical.
    • Provides sales support for new and existing clients regarding assigned product vertical.
    • Conducts training for internal and external audiences regarding current and future product offerings and payment solutions with in assigned product vertical.
    • Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions.

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of product management experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Pragmatic marketing training preferred.
    • Knowledge in business analysis and an understanding of product design.
    • Knowledge of the financial service industry and key players/trends.
    • Strong Writing and Presentation skills.
    • Strong Spreadsheet skills for product business case modeling.
    • Project management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude.
    • Basic knowledge of how financial institutions function.
    • Basic knowledge of internal product delivery processes and systems.
    • Problem resolution skills.
    • Facilitation and team building skills.
