CO-OP Financial Services is currently looking for a Pricing Manager in our Finance department. This position is a located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

The Pricing Manager manages and directs the pricing team in providing strategic pricing guidance for long-term profitable growth. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, resource management, and long-term planning for the pricing team.

What your day will look like:

  • Manages the client renewal pricing and new client pricing proposal process ensuring alignment with the overall company pricing strategy.
  • Leads development and implementation of pricing strategies that help CO-OP meet financial and overall company goals.
  • Partners with Business Development providing pricing expertise and exceptional client service.
  • Develops and implements strategy for collection, validation, and maintenance of internal and external market pricing data.
  • Manages development and maintenance of data-rich pricing analytics to support product and price strategy.
  • Directs maintenance of master product list.
  • Manages development, maintenance, and distribution of dashboards and reports to update relevant stakeholders on price proposal status and impact.
  • Forecasts the impact of deconversions, renewals, and net new sales.
  • Partners with others in Finance to provide inputs for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Generates actionable insight from pricing data to provide management decision support.
  • Reviews pricing workflow and implements efficiency opportunities.
  • Administers pricing tools and systems.
  • Participates and contributes to Finance leadership discussions, planning, and decision making.
  • Provides day-to-day and long-term oversight and guidance to Pricing Analysts and Pricing Specialists.
  • Hires, leads and develops high performing team members consistent with the values of the organization.
  • Mentors and trains Pricing Analysts and Pricing Specialists.

This position requires four year degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field along with 4-6 years related financial analysis and complex modeling/data analysis work required and 2 years of supervisory experience.  Must have experience in product and client pricing along with leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, demanding business environment.  We are looking for someone with demonstrated past career progression and desire for future career growth.  Masters level degree or other related certification (CPA, CMA, etc.), experience in payment or financial services product price/cost analysis and with modern pricing software solutions is preferred.


The Pricing Manager must have knowledge of CO-OP products and overall payments industry trends.  We are looking for someone with knowledge of product and client pricing theories, techniques, and methodologies and knowledge of modern business intelligence and data-heavy analytics tools and techniques.  Must be at an expert level using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
