Overview

The HR Engagement Solutions Manager, role models and reinforces organizational values and culture. Identifies and collaborates with key business stakeholders on engagement and key initiatives through HR and business fluency. Helps business leaders achieve their goals through effective people strategies, leadership and change management. Drives greater consistency and leverages talent across the CO-OP enterprise in the application of HR programs and manager skill enablement.

 

Partner with senior executives to ensure strategic human resources and organization design practices are incorporated. Challenges business managers to think beyond the current structure and anticipate future resource requirements. Coaches managers to be exceptional people and organization leaders. Provides strategic overview of the human resources across CO-OP Financial and leverages HR programs and data to inform and lead business strategic planning and team alignment discussions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic human resource support to assigned businesses to drive revenue and foster growth of the organization.
  • Develop Human Resources strategy, define objectives and manage resources required to meet defined deliverables.
  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence in the development of human resource initiatives to include talent management, employee relations, workforce engagement and workforce development to support the achievement of business outcomes.
  • Apply and reinforce performance management and employee relations practices utilizing CoE endorsed practices (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Leverage shared service teams to enable execution of day-to-day human resource functions and maximize the effectiveness of HR delivery.
  • Considers impact to culture when recommending changes to business partners.
  • Participates in employee engagement and morale initiatives, consulting with client groups for input, feedback and implementation.
  • Partner with COE Leads, Human Resources Business Partners, and organization leadership to effectively administer and improve administration of human resources programs and services.
  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy as it relates to the assigned business unit’s financial position, culture and engagement, and business objectives.
  • Consultative partner to leadership for organizational development, performance management, coaching.
  • Provides HR support during acquisition integration.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years progressive HR leadership experience.respective employment laws
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational behavior or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial payment industry.
