  • The Opportunity

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Service Desk Specialist to be responsible for serving as a point of contact for both internal and external clients. This position will be under the direct supervision and respond to and diagnose problems through discussion with users



    • First level support for incoming after business hour support calls, emails and tickets for internal and external clients.
    • Identifies, analyzes and monitors inquiries or requests including various critical systems and alerts for technology support to ensure complete resolution.
    • Proactively pursues department/company training and shows expected progress on learning plan.
    • Maintains accountability for the accomplishment of team and organizational goals.
    • Actively support strategic culture and leadersip practices.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed


    •  0-2 years of Help Desk experience preferred
    • Current IT student, 2 year degree in a technology related field or previous working experience.
    • Knowledge and understanding of MS Office Products.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft server and Active Directory technologies desired.
    • Knowledge of VMWare environment desired.
    • Excellent customer service skills essential.
    • Must be able to work and plan independently.
    • Knowledge of Internet browsers, especially Internet Explorer.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills crucial.
    • Strict attention to detail.
