Overview

CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst I to be responsible for being creative and the foresight to identify potential problems within the application and its interface.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in an analysis, operational, or system position involving problem solving and planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Experience with Scrum Master Duties.
  • Experience with internet-based applications.
  • Knowledge of IT best practice processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of or ability to gain an in-depth understanding of technical systems (.NET, SQL, Microsoft-based servers).
  • Knowledge of our product lines is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal/relationship management and problem solving skills.
  • Experience interacting with both internal and external clients.
  • Customer/client service and leadership orientation – support strategic future, culture and leadership practices.
