We are seeking a talented Senior Business Process Analyst to be responsible for conducting, or participating in, multi-disciplinary process improvement/reengineering projects and providing transformation redesigns of cumbersome processes in every area of the Commissions Operations Department.




  • Responsible for conducting, or participating in, multi-disciplinary process improvement/reengineering projects and providing transformation redesigns of cumbersome processes in every area of the company.
  • Serves as an internal consultant to the business or functional area to coach and provide direction in order to achieve desired business results.
  • Routinely exercises independent judgment to provide highly innovative solutions by developing methods, techniques and criteria to achieve objectives such as:
    • Ensuring processes are controlled, effective and efficient.
    • Finding innovative ways to manage our complex organization.
    • Improving efficiency and scalability of processes, ensuring the highest level of quality within our operations and minimizing operational risk.
    • Implementing effective required changes while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Counsels assigned departments regarding implementation of process improvement strategies, measurement, and training. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., sales, HR, marketing and product management, and partners) to deliver best-in-class processes for our customers and employee base. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees when necessary.
  • Lead the process improvement activities, initiatives, and chartered projects to identify any improvement opportunities in this area and, if needed, proactively design and implement new processes or procedures that mitigate risks.
  • Review current workflow processes, recommend improvement opportunities, and provide financial impacts and risk assessments to executing process change.
  • Demonstrate understanding of systems and interdependencies of processes to drive the business toward the development of systems that enable continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify new opportunities and execute projects to increasing revenue or improve value for our employees as we continue to grow and expand business footprint.
  • Develop strategy and set functional policy or direction. Lead large, cross functional teams or projects in support of changing environment and help the company achieve its long-term goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, and additional support systems.
  • Play a key role in improving order to cash process by seeking scalable, cost- efficient solutions that minimize the impact of operational issues.
  • Manage organizational change efforts required to support new process structures
  • Lead process redesign workshops
  • Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
  • Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
  • Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with stakeholders
  • Applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to document processes








  • Expert in process modelling and simulation
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Visio
  • Experience in directing and leading the quality/process improvement activities/projects within a function or division
  • Expert in process analysis & automation, organizational development, and process design
  • Skilled in quality improvement techniques, analytical reasoning, and problem solving
  • Strong written and oral communications skills and ability to communicate with senior management
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and lead and drive complex operational initiatives
  • Proven strong analytical and evaluation skills
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
  • LSS (Black Belt), AIIM BPM, CBPP certification
  • Collaborative working style and ability to work with vendors and internal teams
