Overview

CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Implementation Manager I to deliver the project scope and develop project plans for Catalog and Configurable projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Build and manage project plan to implement internal initiatives, major and minor system enhancements, industry & regulatory requirement and existing client project requests.
  • Deliver effective, accurate and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients and vendors.
  • Assures goals, objectives,scope, budget and quality standards of the project are met.
  • Lead project teams of 3 to 10 people and coordinate the required resources. 
  • Actively supports strategic future, culture and leadership practices.
  • Proactively pursues development opportunities and shows expected progress on learning plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Project or similar project management software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prefer 3-5 years in transaction related experience
  • Prefer 3 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of business planning and product development
  • Knowledge of internal product delivery processes and systems
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Facilitation and team building skills
  • Working knowledge of a transaction processing system
