    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Implementation Analyst II – ATM to be responsible for , Principal Client installs for ATM or Cardbase, Transaction routing and processing for both issuing and acquiring end-points, Telecom concepts, Card or ATM concepts and configurations, Transaction types, Network Access Client installs and Presentation skills/Training skills.

     

    What your day will look like:

    • Primary technical interface for all implementation related activities for which the analyst possesses technical expertise.
    • Provide the specific technical expertise when working as an assigned analyst on a project that is managed by a project manager, or when assigned individually to an implementation effort.
    • Responsible to provide all coordination and organization of individually assigned implementation efforts, in addition to communication of the work to both internal and external customers of the organization.
    • Apply the Network Implementation development methodology to all implementations to include: Analysis: As-Is, To-Be, Requirements Definition; Design: Development, Training / Testing, Implementation: Pre-Implementation Verification, Post Implementation Verification.
    • Coordinate, process, and control the implementation of products and conversions for single or multiple focused implementations. Ensure that assigned projects and conversions are handled effectively and efficiently. Ensure that assigned related tasks are successfully coordinated with the appropriate parties; including credit unions, software providers, card manufacturers, switch providers, networks, and other NI resources.
    • Ensure that all installation-related network, database and technical problems are resolved in a timely, effective manner. Coordinate problem resolution among client, vendor and network, for systems related and post-production problems.
    • Perform and validate a clean and effective hand-off internally to Client Services Representative to ensure seamless transfer at the close of project.
    • Provide guidance and technical support to clients prior to and during the conversion process to ensure network standards are met and best practices are adhered to.
    • Provide guidance and training to the Implementation Analyst I roles, and technical support to internal staff.
    • Provide and/or coordinate customer training for the areas of installation including settlement and balancing.  
    • Participate in beta and roll out of new products as well as network-related projects and CO-OP Financial Services project teams, as requested.

    Qualifications

    • individual must have thorough knowledge of MS Office Software or similar required.
    • Incumbent must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills required.
    • Must be detail oriented, demonstrate good time management skills, display good follow-up skills and demonstrate a positive team attitude.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
    • Overnight travel is required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the EFT or banking industry required with ATM or POS processing knowledge, or 4 years college experience in the field of Information Technology.
    • One year of project coordination experience required to include previous experience acting as a liaison between groups and communicating detailed information accurately.
