We are seeking a talented Operations Manager to be responsible for the day to day management and caretaking of the Canadian card platform and all of the capabilities it deploys to enhance consumer loyalty through partner-branded consumer credit cards across Canada. Strong knowledge of the Canadian market and partnership with client-facing teams help the individual identify needs and manage solutions that deliver a sustainable competitive advantage. Delivering loyalty to brand partners across all touch points. In addition to knowledge of the Canadian consumer market, the candidate will bring expertise in working on credit card platforms. Experience in consumer credit card lending, business architecture, portfolio management, project planning and vendor management.
