We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to be responsible for ensuring success of projects through detailed requirements gathering, scope development, application testing, and problem resolution.



  • Understanding of the business objectives and goals for projects.
  • Ability to independently research, analyze and develop business requirements for projects.
  • Actively contribute in the development of scope document(s) as a member of the project team.
  • Ability to communicate with internal business partners and external clients to understand business needs, document requirements and manage projects.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist with implementation of technology products and resolving any issues.
  • Ability to implement and communicate projects’ status and deliver the results on time and within budget.


  • 3+ experience in an analysis, operational, or system position involving problem solving and planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business or related field preferred.
  • Experience with internet-based applications.
  • Knowledge of processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of our product lines.
  • Knowledge of technical systems (.NET, SQL, Microsoft-based servers) is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal/relationship management and problem solving skills.
  • Experience interacting with both internal and external clients.
  • Customer/client service and leadership orientation – support strategic future, culture and leadership practices.
