Overview

CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Client Development Analyst to be responsible for working closely with both the Client Business Executive and the Client Business Representative and to assist in managing and retaining existing client relationships and to secure new business.  

 

Responsibilties:

  • Contribute to the client relationship through direct and indirect interaction.
  • Work with internal departments from a client relationship perspective. 
  • Document SalesForce, prep for client visits, represent Client Development for CO-OP's initiatives.
  • Complete follow ups to execute product sales, contract renewal, cross platform sales.
  • Understand the goals of the Client and the Client’s business.
  • Creation of initial draft proposals for client renewal and on-going changes; in conjunction with the CBE.
  • Complete and communicate appropriate follow up items from Client visits and interactions.
  • Responsible to understand Association and Vendor Benefits and determine applicability to client.
  • Execute on the Client Strategic Brief created by the CBE.
  • Complete all background work with amendments, such as working with legal to tailor for client, obtaining signatures and ensuring process is adhered to consistently.
  • Ensures escalated client concerns and needs are addressed promptly through active coordination of tasks within various functional leads within CO-OP.
  • Track client progress with project statuses and ensure CBE awareness where necessary.
  • Work with clients on information requested from internal departments.
  • Work with other department on improving processes.
  • Work with Agendas for meetings, post trip reports, internal notifications, etc.
  • Ensure SalesForce is updated.
  • Represent Client Development for future and current initiatives, such as Brand Promise, EMV, and Small Client Strategy.
  • Responsible to identify cross platform and AMC sale possibilities and work with Sales on progress.
  • Work with Finance on product pricing and element pricing for clients.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous account management experience preferred.
  • One – three years’ experience in the EFT industry is desired.
