  • Overview

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented VP, Demand Generation to be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing our client acquisition and demand generation engine across Web and online marketing, events, and all campaigns. This role will require close partnership with the CRO, ETO, Product Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Product Management, Marketing and Brand Team, Digital Experience, and Client Experience.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate closely with Digital Experience to manage and optimize all online properties and all other customer facing web assets with an extreme focus on UX and customer acquisition for b2b lead-gen.
    • Define and orchestrate all online marketing, acquisition, and campaign efforts across all marketing channels including web, SEM, Paid Social, webinars, email, and more.
    • Collaborate closely with Client Experience to create the best, highest velocity experience for customers to find, try, buy, and expand their engagement and response to CO-OP content, including identification of company goals, objectives and benchmarks for customer conversions and advocacy.
    • Create vertical oriented content and demand generation for targeted verticals.
    • Regularly measure, optimize and report out on key digital demand generation efforts to demonstrate material contribution to pipeline generation.
    • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring high customer satisfaction rates, creating repeat customers and creating effciencies.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience generating demand at B2B enterprise technology company.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, MBA a plus.
    • Minimum of 15 years in marketing management and leadership with performance and demand gen being core.
    • Strong analytical capabilities to understand how to optimally allocate resources across multiple demand generation options.
    • Strong creative abilities to create differentiated messaging and programming.
    • Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce and Marketo.
    • Have a proven track record of doing Account Based Marketing and Industry
    • Marketing in partnership with a direct sales team that drives sales results in large enterprise accounts with C-level buyers.
