We are seeking a talented Web Content & Media Manager to be responsible for guiding content optimization across various marketing platforms. Additionally, this position will develop and implement the organization’s digital communications strategy as it relates to our multiple external websites and applications. This position is also responsible for promoting the organization’s core messages online, increasing user engagement and traffic, and developing and maintaining a consistent format and tone for all components of the organization’s websites.
This role will collaborate closely with the communications team to infuse SEO more effectively in all content produced by the marketing team. This role will identify how new content can be optimized to speak to various target audiences. Additionally, this position will support the selection and development of compelling on-brand content for new and existing franchisees to be leveraged on and offline. This position is critical to implementing marketing strategies and bringing them to life via content across all mediums, domains and platforms.
