    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Enterprise Project Manager to be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling enterprise level cross-functional technology-based projects that are extra-large in scope, budget and impact. The Enterprise Project Manager also contributes to ongoing project process and policy improvement.

    What your day will look like:

    • Collaborate with and lead project team to create key project artifacts like the project charter, project budget, risk register, and PDLC stage gate presentations.
    • Lead setting of project goals, significant milestones and project plan.
    • Work with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop schedules.
    • Assemble project team members; assign individual responsibilities; lead team meetings.
    • Oversee completion of project tasks, manage conflicts within group and escalate risks/issues as needed.
    • Coordinate the work of technical professionals and other staff across other functions and disciplines.
    • Apply generally accepted project management methodology and enforce project standards.
    • Maintain project documentation; ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
    • Prepare and disseminate project reports and communications; communicate with EIS team, project sponsors, functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of specific tasks.
    • Monitor and report on project budget.
    • Lead post-mortem project reviews.
    • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
    • Create, sustain and maintain relationships across the organization and with cross functional teams.
    • Mentors other members of PMO office on project management discipline.


    • Bachelor’s Degree, along with 8+ years of Project Management experience. We prefer someone with a Master’s Degree, PMI Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL training and Pragmatic Marketing training. 
    • Expertise in standard software packages, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project, expertise in SDLC’s like agile or waterfall and working Knowledge of an ALM tool, such as Microsoft TFS, JIRA or VersionOne. 
    • Knowledgeable of financial services technology industry, have an expertise in PDLC and strong financial acumen. 
    • Must have demonstrated analytical skills; business trend analysis and forecasting along with expert knowledge in: scope management, requirements management, resource management, communications management, risk management, quality management, financial management, and business continuity management. 
    • Must have a technical aptitude. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills along with excellent change management leadership skills. 
    • Must be detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions to completion.
    • We are looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams across geographies and functional units with a strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy.
    • Must be able to work with individuals of all levels and varying technical skills, is a team player and highly collaborative. 
    • Ability to manage and adapt to change and balance competing demands with a positive attitude.
