We are seeking a talented Product Project Coordinator II to be responsible for managing and supervising all activities involved with the planning, coordinating, testing, and implementing of assigned products.




  • Partner with the assigned product manager to ensure delivery of product line enhancements and new products using a team approach to meet strategic objectives.
  • Implement all designated product related conversions and projects. This includes new products, enhancements to existing products and other activities necessary to deliver the approved product plan. This person will also act as the primary liaison within the organization and to external vendors for the successful implementation of new products and services from beta to full implementation. Project scope includes larger, detailed conversion projects as well as smaller minor enhancements.
  • Ensure that all projects and conversions are handled effectively and efficiently with clear, open communication and cooperation between all departments, vendors, and clients, and that any problems within the scope of responsibility are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in problem resolution to closure during client activation or beta testing using a current issues log, proper escalation paths, and management reporting. Track and adjust implementation accordingly for support issues encountered.
  • Create, gain approval, and implement any process, form or support changes required to sell, implement, and support new products and services. This includes working with Business Development, Network Implementation, Client Services, Finance, Marketing, Systems & Support, IT and Corporate Development Departments.
  • Create or update processes related to new products and services to ensure proper sales, implementation, and support of new services and adjust processes to accommodate ongoing growth of new services and new vendors.
  • Ensure that all project tasks are successfully turn over to all appropriate departments including Client Services, Finance, Sales, Network Implementation, Communications & Public Relations, and SMT, as well as with clients and third party vendors.
  • Assist the assigned Product Manager as needed in the development of business requirements including proposed changes to Network Operating Rules and Regulations for new products and services.
  • Using the standard product methodology deliver all materials needed for a successful product launch including beta agreements, marketing, sales, installation, training and supporting documentation.
  • Schedule, manage, and document all launch team meetings tracking tasks, timelines, costs, and issues.
  • Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality as a full time employee in order to daily exercise all of the essential functions.



  • Minimum 8 years experience in the EFT or financial institution industry required.
  • EFT and payments systems knowledge required.
  • 4 years of project coordination experience required to include previous experience acting as a liaison between groups and communicating detailed information accurately.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and communication between departments is required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Good understanding of some basic EFT technologies, concepts and processes for financial institutions in general and credit unions specifically (e.g. ATM transaction flows, shared branching, mobile banking, back office financial reporting, financial settlement, etc.).
  • Ability to work across all areas and all levels of CO-OP Network, as well as our vendors to successfully implement and test new products with an emphasis on client satisfaction, quality and time to market.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously with delivery for all defined milestones and tasks.
  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, planning, and organization skills.
