We are seeking a talented Compensation Programs Analyst to be responsible for providing high quality compensation, financial and operational analyses to meet growing and changing needs of CO-OP Financial Services. Coordinates the administration and communication of the base, variable and incentive compensation programs, reports, tools, policies and processes. Actively participates or leads data analysis and reporting projects relating to various employment, financial and/or operational initiatives. As an integral member of HR and a partner with Finance, this position ensures compensation and financial programs align with the organization’s objectives and Total Rewards philosophy.
