  • Overview

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Adjustment Clerk  to be responsible for processing various network adjustments and resolve first level problems and issues relating to adjustments.


    What your day will look like:

    • Review network adjustment reports and process adjustments through available network adjustment systems ensuring compliance with rules and timelines. Ensure all adjustments are processed daily.
    • Provide support for research and resolution of discrepancies related to reconciliation of networks.
    • Provides good faith and arbitration documentation to credit unions and networks via e-mail or fax.
    • Provide exception adjustment detail and Photo Requests to credit unions daily via e-mail or fax.
    • Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Provides first level resolution and research regarding adjustments, fees and settlements and interacts with Client Services in resolution of problems and issues.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality as a full time employee in order to daily exercise all of the essential functions.  



    • High School diploma or general education (GED) along with one year previous customer related contact and experience in a financial institution or in EFT. 
    • Intermediate knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications required.  
    • Must possess strong math skills and excellent communication, keyboarding and intermediate troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
