  • Overview

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Technical Analyst II to be responsible for for assisting in the on-going development, maintenance and internal training for implementing CO-OP Financial Services products. The Technical Analyst II also provides advisory services with regards to product functionality and implementation configurations to other NI resources, clients and vendors, and must possess expert knowledge in the functionality and implementation of CO-OP Financial Services products.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Ability to learn, train and develop knowledge in the functionality and implementation of existing products.
    • Provide advisory services to other Network Implementation resources, clients, business development and vendors regarding CO-OP products and the implementation of those products where capable.
    • Analyze marketplace, industry, company, technology trends; develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve the processes.
    • Identify and document training materials as required for new or modified process, product and procedures; facilitate internal training and knowledge transfer as applicable.
    • Participate in smaller network-related projects as required to advise and/or perform assigned tasks.
    • Provide back-up support to perform implementation tasks during peak times, vacations, or periods when staff is low.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, and across all areas of the organizations.
    • Deal with workload peaks without compromising standards.
    • React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality as a full time employee in order to daily exercise all of the essential functions.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Five years of experience in analysis and design with demonstrated analytical skills and detailed knowledge of IT concepts. Exposure to supporting or implementing CO-OP Financial Services products,
    • Planning, Organizing and Facilitating: Is able to plan in a changing environment, to establish priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, set goals and contribute to organizational success by facilitating project and services completion to satisfy client’s needs.
    • Problem Solving Skills: Identifies real issues quickly, to create innovative yet effective solutions to problem-solving and product/process enhancements, and implements them decisively.
    • Communication Skills: Has excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to increase effectiveness when dealing with clients, management and staff
    • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in Interacting at all levels with technical and non-technical staff, consultants, and vendors required.
    • Transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are also required.
    • Must possess ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to unexpected interruptions while still meeting required deadlines.
    • Must be detail oriented, display good follow-up skills, and demonstrate a positive team attitude.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
