We are seeking a talented Senior Technical Operations Analyst to be responsible for performing analysis of on-going maintenance activities and improvements of the NI implementation processes. The person will provide support on product functionality and implementation processes to NI resources, clients and third party vendors. Possess knowledge in all aspects of the core switch processing including hardware and auxiliary applications. Serve as technical escalation for highly visible, significant, switch processing issues with emphasis on swift, accurate resolution. Provide management with timely, accurate internal communication of significant processing events and executive management communication as required.
