  • Overview

    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Debit Delivery Analyst to be responsible for working with clients to select the best system options for creating a new Debit program or implementing an enhancement to an existing program. Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated experience researching and troubleshooting a wide variety of issues, preferably in the cards industry. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate complex, detailed information in a precise and timely manner to our clients. Excellent interpersonal skills, superior technical skills, an eye for detail, and an aptitude for logic and problem solving are a must.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with Debit program implementation or enhancement.
    • Collaborate with clients, and multiple vendors to install, upgrade or enhance ATM terminals and answer questions on product options
    • Troubleshoot issues with Authorizations on Debit Cards at POS and ATM terminals.
    • Incorporate methods of ensuring accuracy in all system configurations.
    • Continually develop and enhance testing process prior to implementation of solutions.
    • Develop procedures for internal processes and coordinate implementation of these procedures.
    • Provide excellent customer support; keep informed on new products, product enhancements, system changes and compliance issues.
    • Lead or assist with other projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • A four year college degree or 3 years of Debit Card experience.
    • 1+ years of experience with First Data systems preferred, but not required.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
    • PC knowledge, especially Microsoft Office experience.
    • Strong project and time management skills are required
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities required.
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities in order to meet client expectations.
    • Self-motivated, minimal supervision required.
    • High attention to detail and ability to maintain performance accuracy.
    • Excellent customer service skills required.
