    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Client Business Executive to be responsible for serving in the capacity as a back-up management, conduct onsite visits with client nationwide, serve as an executive-level liaison, as well as evaluate, analyze, market, present, demonstrate, and sell products and services.




    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, especially at the executive level.
    • Responsibility in assisting assigned clients with growth of portfolio.
    • Integrate and cross sale of TMG products to assigned credit unions.
    • Cross sale of CO-OP products and services to assigned credit unions.
    • Meet with Senior Executives on a consistent basis including CU leaders and Payment strategy leaders
    • Take ownership of maintaining and growing the client relationships including the successful renewal of contracts.
    • Coordinate the necessary activities needed to improve client satisfaction at all levels of each customer’s organization .
    • Communicate effectively with the customer and all areas within The Members Group.
    • Establish and maintain long term relationships at all executive levels.
    • Develop and create a strategic brief for target clients.
    • Prepare detailed post visit reports.
    • Identify indicators that may be negative and develop plan to overcome these indicators.
    • Connect Payment Strategy to Corporate Strategy.

    • Excellent communication, organizational and proven leadership skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Knowledge of the credit union industry
    • Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically credit, debit and ATMC
    • Experienced knowledge of key account management
    • Knowledge of contract negotiations, portfolio analysis and effective marketing practices
