    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst to be responsible for assisting in formulating and defining system scopes and objectives.   Analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.




    • Develop and maintain procedures to manage processes and issues relating to production support.
    • Build strong internal and external partnerships.
    • Proactively pursues development opportunities and show expected progress on learning plan.
    • Develop appropriate requirements, scope, and estimates.
    • Investigate and analyze problems or requirements from a business perspective and design solutions.
    • Communicate consistently and effectively with internal business partners to understand appropriate requirements. 



    • 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Professional and Microsoft SQL
    • 5+ years’ experience in an operational, systems or programming position involving analysis, problem solving and planning.
    • BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree
    • Knowledge of Modern OS architecture concepts and communications protocols
    • Basic database design and development
    • Basic modern graphical user interface and development methodologies
    • Fundamental software development methodologies, design and implementation
    • Knowledge of entire development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance
    • Knowledge of finance and credit card systems is preferred
