We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) who will manage, coordinate, and implement the company’s vision and strategy for the ERM program, which includes the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity programs. The Director, ERM is the leader within the team who considers all inputs across the organization, and creates the short-term strategy in support of the VP, ERM’s long-term strategy. This role will be critical in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of a world class ERM Program. Their primary role is to lead the efforts to update and mature the company’s framework and practices for acknowledging, managing, and reporting risks that could materially impact the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
