    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Sr. Portfolio Development Consultant (Campaign Manager) to support the product team with developing custom marketing strategies; managing integrated marketing projects; campaign development; and assisting in the development of turn-key solutions in the consumer marketing space. 

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing projects, including planning, developing, executing and budgeting for consumer-marketing programs.
    • Develop and coordinate strategic consumer marketing campaigns including cost control, traffic projects to estimate approvals and budgeting, creative development and production and final execution, all while meeting deadlines, budget and strong project communication.
    • Assist in the strategic campaign development, implementation, and reporting results of card-holder life-cycle and acquisition campaigns.
    • Assist in development of client-facing application that provides turnkey marketing campaign solutions, including traditional marketing campaigns and digital campaign offerings.
    • Write and edit copy for direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email blasts, presentations, articles, case studies, resource guides, statement inserts, etc.
    • Assist with campaign collateral design, from new concepts to updating current collateral to meet client custom requests.
    • Meet with external clients to assist with marketing strategies and develop marketing calendar that provide strategic solutions for client needs to improve card portfolio health
    • Performs quality assurance, including proofing and content; checking for brand compliance; testing digital work-flows and forms.
    • Research industry trends, products, competitive intelligence on an as-needed basis.  Develops findings reports.
    • Interact with internal and external clients effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Strong project management and organizational skills to traffic multiple projects and internal and external partner needs.
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, and is detail-focused with regards to successful marketing program execution. 
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and present in front of an audience, along with interacting with internal and external clients.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities. 
    • Must have the ability to translate and analyze business metrics into concise communications and consumer marketing strategies.
    • Extremely proficient with Excel, Word, Power-Point and Outlook and graphic design applications and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
    • Familiarity or use of marketing systems: CRM tools, marketing automation tools and online project work-flow management.
    • Self-starter with strong work ethic, enthusiasm and ability to energize others.
    • Must be open to travel (up to 5% per year) and work overtime as needed.
    • Must have Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field.
    • 5-7 years consumer marketing experience required. 
    • 5 of demonstrated strategic marketing experience required with proven experience in integrated marketing.
