The Training & Development Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with course maintenance and training preparations according to adult learning principles and training models.
Degree or course work in business, writing, education, adult learning, or related field; Or 1-2 years of equivalent, related work experience
Must possess a quick-study aptitude to learn processes, technical applications and products.
Project deadlines may entail occasional extended work hours
Wide degree of latitude and creativity should be expected.
Knowledge of LMS management (preferred)
Payment processing, First Data, FIS, Mastercard, Visa knowledge (preferred)
