    CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Chargeback Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and support to the Chargeback team. Will manage workflow, assigns projects and daily tasks. This position will ensure the department maintains service levels and the highest level of customer satisfaction. 




    • Provides management leadership to assigned Chargeback team within department.
    • Monitors daily workflow and incoming requests for new and existing Chargeback clients.
    • Leads and manages Chargeback functions, tasks, projects and assignments to ensure that service and quality standards are met.
    • Provides effective and consistent communication to staff, management, external clients and vendors.
    • Actively supports strategic future, models, integrates and teaches culture and leadership practices
    • Proactively pursues management development opportunities and shows expected progress on learning plan.
    • Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions.


    • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
    • Extensive product knowledge and minimum 2 years with direct chargeback experience.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and FDR systems.
    • Understanding and knowledge of VISA and/or MasterCard chargeback guidelines.
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks and shift priorities in order to meet client expectations.
    • Ability to meet assignments deadlines.
    • Adult learning and training principles.
    • Negotiation skills preferred.
    • Ability to develop detailed work plans, manage multiple projects and lead team members.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must align with the credit union philosophy of “people helping people”
