    We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to performs administrative support functions of a responsible and confidential nature for the Executive Team and provide backup assistance for the Executive Assistant.

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Performs support for the Executive Admins.
    • Assists in planning and coordination of meetings/events.
    • Assist with the planning/scheduling of internal/external meetings/events.
    • Assist with travel arrangements.
    • Assist in setting up meals/beverages for internal/external meetings.
    • Assist in preparing credit card reports/payment of invoices.
    • Assist in filing and retrieving corporate documents/agreements.
    • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
    • Screen/answer phone calls that may be directed to you on behalf of the Executive Admins.
    • Assist in the upkeep of the kitchen areas.
    • Assist in the ordering of office supplies.
    • Assist in maintaining office equipment regarding repairs/ordering copy paper/etc.
    • Provide technical support/assistance whenever possible  during conference calls, presentations, webinars. 
    • Serve as backup to the Receptionist as needed.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • High School Diploma/GED required, Business Administration degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience required in a similar role or related customer service oriented position
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
    • Strong organization skills required to successfully perform in a multi-task environment.
    • Must have the ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. 
    • Travel as needed to attend off-site committee meetings and events.
    • Expert in Microsoft application suite, including but not limited to, Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Interpersonal and relationship skills, including listening skills.
    • Ability to work independently and with flexibility.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
