    We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager of Fraud Products to be part of a specialized team of product owners in developing and implementing traditional and innovative fraud solutions for credit and debit in the mobile, shared branching and online channels. The candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying a fraud strategy, as well as driving and enhancing existing fraud products that support CO-OP clients in improving their fraud-specific objectives, like minimizing fraud losses and decreasing false positives.

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Roll-out and deliver all existing fraud-related initiatives to support CO-OP clients that align with current fraud strategy.
    • Ensure consistency, standards and best practices in evaluating and defining fraud strategy and product delivery.
    • Guide and manage existing team of product owners to achieve alignment to goals and priorities.
    • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in cutting edge technologies used in fraud, like machine learning and case management.
    • Partner with other functional areas and groups (Sales, Technology, Marketing) to co-design products that meet and exceed client needs.
    • Establish and adapt Agile methodologies in product group.
    • Understand current solutions, optimize them and reengineer them, if necessary, in order to achieve optimal results.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in quantitative field (e.g. computer science, engineering, etc.) and/or business administration.
    • 5+ years of relevant fraud experience in the financial services industry.
    • Fundamentals of fraud management (detection, prevention, response, disputes).
    • Experience in digital transformation of big organizations as it pertains to product delivery.
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively.
    • Self-motivated, able to handle many projects concurrently.
    • Understanding of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
