    We are seeking a talented Finance Director to lead the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of CO-OP’s debit product.      

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Manage the Financial Analysts which includes coaching, recognition, discipline and performance reviews.
    • Design and implement a 5 year product forecasting model for all clients across multiple platforms.
    • Create and maintain analytical models that efficiently provide insight for timely and effective decision making.
    • Develop a monthly product reporting package that highlights product performance relative to various forecast scenarios.
    • Complete variance analysis and implement model changes where necessary.
    • Engage with the Product team to define metrics and reporting needs.
    • Work closely with other members of the Finance team to ensure forecasting and reporting deadlines are met.
    • Collaborate with peers on consistent use of model inputs and methodologies to ensure comparable forecasting and reporting across all product lines.
    • Create and maintain a high performing relationship of collaboration with other functional groups consistent with the values of the organizations.
    • Become a data source expert to streamline analytics and identify the “source of truth” for analysis.
    • Lead and develop high performing team members.
    • Strive for continuous improvement in our data analytic capabilities.
    • Document all model processes.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Four year degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
    • 10-15 years related financial analysis and complex modeling/data analysis work required.
    • 4 years of supervisory experience.
    • Experience in forecasting and reporting.
    • Experience leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, demanding business environment.
    • Demonstrated past career progression and desire for future career growth.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Work is self-directed and not prescribed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work independently (e.g., with less structure) and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Ability to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively understand and teach complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.

    • Experience in product forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
    • Microsoft Excel “power user” with strong skills in other Microsoft Office products.
    • Experience leveraging BI solutions to fulfill reporting and analytic needs.
