    We are seeking a talented Plastics Specialist to provide assistance to both new and existing clients ensuring their requests are completed timely and accurately by creating partnerships with internal and external customers. Have extensive knowledge and understanding of specific service area(s) and be able to do system changes accurately and in a time-line manner. 

    What You Can Look Forward to

     

    • Serve as contact for new and existing clients in maximizing the utilization of the systems used in Platforms through knowledge of the plastics, procurement and configuration processing mainframe.
    • Provide advice and options to clients and internal departments regarding application of services through the card systems.
    • Partners with Client Services to implement new projects on time that create successful partnerships.
    • Identifies, Analyzes, completes and monitors system requests to ensure accurate resolution.
    • Complete necessary documentation and input for implementation of system features and product startups to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Responsible for accurately changing or modifying “sensitive” system settings through use of technical documents, procedures and experience.
    • Leads and follows with a high degree of dependability, efficiency and reliability essential to the success of  internal and external projects by using current skills and obtaining additional knowledge about our business.
    • Ensures work is completed according to expected time-frames and according to client expectations.
    • Record work time to ensure accurate capture of client billable hours and project related expenses.
    • Actively supports company strategic future, culture and leadership practices.
