    We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst II to assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and designs, develops and implements new technical solutions. This role partners closely with IT teams, Business teams and Clients to provide technical support, help resolve issues and identify solutions.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related major, or 3-5 years of extensive experience in IT and/or computer programming.
    • 3-5 years of experience locating technical problems and identify potential solutions.
    • 3-5 years of experience handling a diverse range of duties on both the technical side of things and the business side of things.
    • 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and modifying complex systems and/or designs and develops integrated subsystems.
    • 3-5 years of experience handling technical support tickets and help the users to solve their problems and identify solutions to implement.
    • 3-5 years of experience creating and maintaining system documentation.
    • 3-5 years of experience developing and managing internal procedures, tools, and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective support. This includes writing and developing technical support standards and procedures.
    • 3-5 years of experience supporting users through technical support of the applications, developing procedures and other technical support. Creates an environment that promotes end-user self-sufficiency.
    • 1+ years of experience designing technical specifications.
    • 1+ years of experience providing technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance and modification of broad/complex computer systems.
    • 1+ years of experience with designing a technical workflow (alongside a technical team) which is best suited for their client. This could be anything from an improved user interface on a company’s intranet to a complex application or system that will enhance the company’s business process.
    • Solid understanding of Cisco Contact Center Platforms.
    • Ability to assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and then help organizations design, develop and implement new technical solutions.
    • Ability to recognize probable conflicts and integrate diverse data elements and sources.
    • Ability to perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues.
    • Able to provide backup for other analysts as required.
    • Ability to respond to critical issues during off hours when necessary.
    • Able to assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and develop and implement new technical solutions.
    • Experience supporting Cisco UCCX, PCCE environments.
    • Should have a mix of strong technical knowledge and business acumen.
    • Ability to coordinate the work with other analysts to ensure integration between systems.
    • Performs problem analysis to resolve system or application issues. Coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements.
    • Provides backup for other analysts as required.
    • Responds to critical issues during off hours when necessary.
    • Creativity and the foresight to identify potential problems within the application and its interface.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality pertaining to non-public business, financial and technological information, plans or data.
    • Possess high motivation and self-direction, sound problem solving skills, decision making and multi- tasking skills.
    • Ability to think analytically to solve problems individually and in a team environment.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
    • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner.
