    We are seeking a talented VP, Client Business Representative Leader to direct and oversee the Client Business Representatives.  This position provides a key link between the field staff and senior management, acting as a central decision maker for the Client Business Representative team.  This position serves as an escalation point for customer service issues and ensures the highest level of productivity possible, as measured by client retention and add-on sales. 

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Work closely with the Client Business Representatives (CBR) to write annual business plans for each of the CBR teams. The goal is to provide a customized approach to maximize volume growth and revenue. 
    • Serve as an escalation point for resolution of day-to-day issues. This requires extensive interaction with Client Services, Billing, Network Implementations, Operations, Systems & Support, etc… 
    • Standardize the training that CBEs receive. Where necessary, make additional training available. 
    • Work with Marketing to ensure sell-through for marketing campaigns, supporting the campaigns with short-term contests as needed.
    • Act under the direction of the CRO for sell-through of various partner promotions and other efforts.
    • Ensure sell-through of new products and services based upon a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs.
    • Ensure quality service delivery by procuring training and re-engineering hand-offs with other departments.
    • Manage creation, review, approval, and communication of the annual and strategic plans. Work closely with contributing areas to coordinate development of their sections as well as developing and drafting other sections.   
    • Review all participation in conferences and other sponsorships annually to optimize market presence and lead generation.
    • Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality as a full time employee in order to daily exercise all of the essential functions.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • This job requires 10 years’ experience in the credit union and/or EFT industry;
    • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
    • In this role, supervise direct reports including CBEs.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    • Financial institution background in operations, EFT and member service is preferred.
    • Technical knowledge regarding EFT/POS preferred.
    •  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Must be detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work under minimal to no supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
