    We are seeking a talented Enterprise Project Manager is to plan, organize, lead and control enterprise level cross-functional technology-based projects or programs that are highly complex and/or extra-large in scope, budget and impact. The Enterprise Project Manager also contributes to ongoing project process and policy improvement.

     

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Collaborate with and lead project team(s) to create key project artifacts like the project charter, project budget, risk register, and product development lifecycle (PDLC) stage gate presentations.
    • Lead setting of project goals, significant milestones and project plan.
    • Work with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop schedules.
    • Assemble project team members; assign individual responsibilities; lead team meetings.
    • Oversee completion of project tasks, manage conflicts within group and escalate risks/issues as needed.
    • Coordinate technical professionals and other staff across other functions and disciplines.
    • Apply generally accepted project management methodology and enforce project standards.
    • Maintain project documentation; ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
    • Prepare and disseminate project reports and communications; communicate with technology team, project sponsors, functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of specific achievements.
    • Monitor and report on project budget.
    • Lead post-mortem project reviews.
    • Create, sustain and maintain relationships across the organization and with cross functional teams.
    • Mentors other members of PMO on project management discipline.
    • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 5 years of Program Management experience and/or 15 years of Project Management experience.
    • Expertise in standard software packages, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
    • Expertise in SDLC’s like agile or waterfall.
    • Working knowledge of an ALM tool, such as Microsoft VSTS, JIRA or VersionOne.
    • Working knowledge of a PPM tool, such as Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas).
    • Knowledge of financial services technology industry. 
    • Expertise in product development lifecycle PDLC.
    • Strong financial acumen.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills; business trend analysis and forecasting.
    • Expert knowledge in: scope management, requirements management, resource management, communications management, risk management, quality management, financial management, and business continuity management.
    • Technical aptitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions to completion.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams across geographies and functional units.
    • Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy.
    • Ability to work with individuals of all levels and varying technical skills. 
    • Team player, highly collaborative.
    • Ability to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
    • Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to manage through ambiguity.
