    We are seeking a talented Account Based Settlement Specialist to perform daily balancing of network links, including auto reconciliations.      

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Maintain accurate records for the balancing/reconciliation of assigned networks.
    • Perform daily reconciliation of assigned network links.
    • Analyze, evaluate and assist in the diagnosis of settlement problems.
    • Processes adjustments pertaining to Account Based activity.
    • Troubleshoot posting discrepancies by interacting with Accounting Department and applicable Networks.
    • Process and distribute ACH and auto reconciliation items to the credit unions.
    • Interact with Sr. Operations Specialist Lead to facilitate/resolve grievances in accordance with Shared Branch Operating Rules and Regulations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality as a full time employee in order to daily exercise all of the essential functions.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • High school diploma required.
    • Minimum of one year experience applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must possess strong math skills.
    • Intermediate skills and experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications required.
    • Must be detail oriented with reconciliation and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Knowledge and solid working understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.
