    We are seeking a talented Project Manager I to apply fundamental project management knowledge and experience to manage the implementation of COOP related products and services. The Project Manager has a solid understanding of the tasks and resources required to manage an effective implementation and therefore are able to use that knowledge to develop a project plan, implementation schedule and track tasks to closure to ensure the schedule is achieved within predetermined budgets.   Additionally, this role is responsible for the user testing activities of the project. The Project Manager leads the project team and is responsible for the communications, risks and budgets to ensure the client is satisfied with the result. 

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Leads and manages the project lifecycle to deliver multiple projects initiatives. Determines the project scope and develops project plans for Catalog, Configurable and Custom projects. Build and manage the project plan to implement internal initiatives, major and minor system enhancements, industry & regulatory requirements, existing client project, new client conversions, and de-conversions.
    • Deliver effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients and vendors.
    • Lead project resources through the work break down processes.
    • Establish the tasks that need to be performed across the organization
    • Understand the interdependencies and lead time adequately to put together a comprehensive schedule.
    • Deliver effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients and vendors.
    • Lead project teams of 10 to 30 people and coordinate the required resources. Advise on technical direction and resource requirements to assure goals, objectives, budget and quality standards of the project are met.
    • Conduct scheduled project status meetings with the client to gather requirements, provide status and discuss changes.
    • Responsible for the development of business and scope requirements documentation for projects.
    • Coordinates and provides project related training to co-workers and client.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience can be substituted for degree.
    • 3+ years of project management/coordination.
    • 3+ years in credit/debit prepaid card experience.
    • Knowledge of business planning and product development.
    • Problem resolution skills.

    • Continue on-going project management education and development.
    • Microsoft Project.
    • Project Center or similar project management software.
    • Microsoft Office Suite.
