    We are seeking a talented Manager of Vendor Management Office (VMO) to be responsible for managing the 3rd Party Risk Management (3PRM) Program for the organization. Primary role is to identify and mitigate risk related to the hiring of 3rd party vendors for the organization. Additionally, this role will develop and manage an effective 3PRM program that consists of, but is not limited to 3rd party oversight; onboarding due diligence, risk assessments, management and reporting. This role will work closely with all 3rd party relationship owners, as well as with the Legal team to align with client obligations. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the VMO, as well as the respective team.

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Manage enterprise-wide 3rd Party Risk Management Programs from initial 3rd party requests to ongoing monitoring, including all due diligence activities (pre and post engagement). This includes managing VMO team.
    • Manage organizational 3rd Party risk activities, and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
    • Manage 3rd Party due diligence process, and establish risk parameters for potential business opportunities.
    • Establish and execute 3rd Party risks and remediation strategies across the enterprise.
    • Perform risk assessments for all active 3rd To maintain a culture of compliance, periodically request due diligence documents.
    • Train and educate enterprise on 3PRM processes and tools.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders on VMO workflow, due diligence reviews and ongoing efficiency opportunities to achieve internal SLA’s.
    • Act as liaison for internal and external customers on all 3rd party related risk matters.
    • Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Review 3rd Party risk controls (contractual SLA’s, 3PRM performance metrics etc.) to ensure they are within the ERM risk appetite.
    • Manage the enterprise wide 3rd party tool that captures, categorizes, and rates risk for 3rd parties and their subcontractors, where appropriate.
    • Collaborate with Legal department, to ensure alignment between client and 3rd party contracts.
    • Collaborate with Information Security (InfoSec) and IT (ET&S) on 3rd party access rights. Subsequently manage and track.
    • Collaborate with IT (ET&S) to ensure alignment with control tower and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) processes, as it relates to 3rd party onboarding.
    • Establish process and manage tools to improve the archival rational and tracking of contractual obligations, deadlines, and expirations.
    • Document processes and create standard operating policies and procedures related to 3rd Party Risk Management.
    • Produce monthly risk metrics for EMT/Board reporting.
    • Perform onsite risk assessments at vendor locations, as needed.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree from four year college in business or related field.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in vendor/client related due diligence and risk management.
    • Experience with developing and documenting internal and external program documents, including but not limited to, policies, standards, and procedures.
    • 1+ year of management experience.
    • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of VMO team.
    • Action-oriented with a drive to overcome obstacles and exceed goals.

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions to completion.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, while meeting demanding deadlines.
    • Ability to lead cross-departmental project teams and develop a talented and highly motivated team.
