    We are seeking a talented Sr. Portfolio Advisor to consult with new and existing COOP clients to identify areas for growth and expense control.  This position works internally with Client Business Executives and other internal partners to ensure client deliverables are met.  The individual in this role has to have extensive knowledge of the card industry specifically debit processing and be able to execute strategies to ensure positive outcomes.

    • Work with clients to develop strategic marketing plans to support portfolio growth.
    • Identify areas of opportunity with client card portfolio with an emphasis on debit processing and credit processing is a plus that further deepen COOPs relationship with the client.
    • Work with CBEs, Advance Analytics, and internal resources to put workable plan in place and is solely responsibility for the success of those plans.
    • Facilitate and lead presentations in from of C-level executives and management on specific card topics and strategies.
    • Manage designated marketing campaigns, resourcing, via phone or in person.
    • Facilitate client calls to discuss plans, timelines, and execution.
    • Must be good at problem resolution.
    • Ability to speak to large groups and at executive levels.
    • Must be consultative.
    • Ability to analyze and identify trends and opportunities.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Be able to prioritize multiple projects/engagements.
    • Must be a subject matter expert.
    • Be able to articulate complex or simple thoughts “in the moment”.
    • Be able to ask the right questions, at the right time, to gain true understanding of clients goals.
    • Vendor management.
    • Ability to manage to timelines and hold clients and vendors accountable as such.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 7+ years experience.
    • Knowledge of FD Systems a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Excel a plus.
    • Experience with First Data Systems.
    • Knowledge of the payments eco system.
    • Financial institution experience a plus.
    • Preparation of presentations and reports internally and externally.
    • Offer consultative, client-focused approach.
    • Ability to speak to large groups and at all levels.
    • Time Management.
    • Able to Facilitate and execute on projects.
    • Strategic Thinking and execution.
    • Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
