    We are seeking a talented CRO Education and On-boarding Manager to provide sales education, on-boarding and development management responsible for designing and delivering strategic critical sales and relationship business acumen curriculum incorporating adult learning principles and training models.  

    What You Can Look Forward to

    • Design and deliver learning experiences focused on increasing the Client Revenue Organization (CRO) staff’s ability to retain CO-OP clients and expand new business.
    • Create, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate blended learning for new and existing sales/CRO personnel.
    • Facilitate or co-facilitate new and evolving products & services in the CO-OP payment and industry including but not limited to SalesForce,Sales Skills,Relationship Management Skills,CO-OP Platform and Product (ie: Debit, Credit, Member Center, ATM, Shared Branch),Project Management,
    • Industry Overview,Financial Modeling,CO-OP Contracts,Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
    • Evolve and maintain current curriculum for all courses that include online and in person delivery.
    • Manage CO-OP departmental relationships while demonstrating CO-OP’s brand and values.
    • This position works tightly with Enterprise Services, Finance, Legal, Product and Sales teams.
    • Build, advance, maintain and outsource 10-15 education course modules containing CO-OP critical product, services and business acumen.
    • Develop training ideas and concepts using adult learning theory and learning models, and translates into engaging content through user interfaces, graphics, illustrations, animations and/or simulates for e-learning and classroom presentations for the client revenue organization.
    • Creatively deliver training using appropriate delivery methods to client business executives, relationship sales managers, sales operations management, sales engineers, VP audiences, according to project timelines, desired performance outcomes and business requirements.
    • Train all applications, product, business, technologies and competencies that require education specific to assigned business needs.
    • As appropriate based on technical training designation, conduct internal training.
    • Continually monitor instructional delivery best practices and learner assessments, and adjusts techniques and courses.
    • Develop training plans, courses and programs according to competency-based objectives determined by sales business needs identified in the analysis phase.
    • Conduct needs analysis.
    • Monitor and provide feedback on CRO’s learning progress.
    • Select and develop appropriate learner interactions and evaluations to measure progress and job competency for any given training session.
    • Conduct, analyze, and implement lessons learned, measure effectiveness of learning solutions, and ensure continuous improvement activities are meeting learner needs and desired performance outcomes.
    • Continuously partner with subject matter experts and content owners to ensure training programs meet the business needs as well as delivers training using adult learning theory and learning models.
    • Create, evaluate and maintain necessary documentation to ensure procedures and processing deadlines are met.
    • Keep current by continuously researching industry trends and best practices and use that knowledge to enhance the learning experience for participants.
    • Advance the level of subject matter expertise needed to provide correct information and accurately answer questions from learners and business partners.
    • Communicate engagement and progress of participants during training to appropriate supervisors and managers.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, adult learning, or related field; or equivalent related work experience.
    • 5 years payment industry experience.
    • 1-3 years adult learning experience.
    • Payments industry knowledge.
    • CO-OP product and platform proficiency (ie: Debit, Credit, Member Center, ATM, Shared Branch).
    • Business acumen foundational to retain and grow CO-OP revenue.
    • Learning and development theory expertise.
    • 3-5 years industry experience.
    • Ability to learn and use new systems quickly (including, but not limited to: industry/company applications, CO-OP product and platform).
    • Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced interpersonal and customer care skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation skills.
    • Deep knowledge of adult learning, and training program design and development.
    • Ability to accurately interpret information, as well as demonstrate exemplary problem solving skills and application of good judgment and decision making.
    • Ability to comprehend and apply program policies and procedures in an effective manner.
    • Ability to speak publically, conduct education and deliver formal presentations to small and large groups of people.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
    • Ability to understand and explain CO-OP products, platforms, contracts and finance models.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and have effective interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results through influence, leadership, and coaching.
    • Demonstrate emotional intelligence to build interpersonal relationships.
    • Strong work ethic, flexibility, positive attitude and the ability to maintain confidential information and the trust of others are required.
    • Strong PC and software skills, especially Microsoft Office products.
    • Flexible work hours.
