We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst to operationally support sales, relationship and renewal team with ad-hoc day-to-day requests in partnership with Client Business Executives, Client Business Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and Sales Leadership to ensure that every activity is treated as an opportunity to deliver a superior client experience.  

What You Can Look Forward to

  • Contribute to the sale and client relationship through indirect interaction; minimal direct client engagement.
  • Work efficiently and effectively on multiple assignments, activities, and/or projects in parallel; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with various internal  departments and external vendors to quickly identify and resolve sales related issues.
  • Utilize SalesForce to document work being completed on behalf of the Client Business Executive (CBE), ), Client Business Manager (CBM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Sales Engineer (SE).
  • Aid CBE/CBM/RSM/SE with preparing client visit meeting agendas, presentations, and other supporting documents leveraging Seismic as the repository for client facing sales materials and templates; primary function is to provide pre-existing materials that do not require significant customization.
  • Document, track and report on follow up items from client visits and interactions; aid CBE/CBM/RSM/SE to complete follow ups to execute product sales, contract renewal, cross platform sales.
  • Create initial draft proposals for client renewal.
  • Complete all background work with amendments, such as working with legal to tailor for client, obtaining signatures and ensuring process is adhered to consistently.
  • Work with Finance and Strategic Pricing on pricing requests; assist in pricing analysis based upon historic and trending client and sales data.
  • Partner with Contracts team to process and track Notice of Non-Renewal (NNR) requests; ensure all internal CO-OP teams are notified of the NNR and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure escalated client concerns and needs are addressed promptly through active coordination of tasks within various functional leads within CO-OP.
  • Perform mapping activities to identify relevant connection points between CO-OP, Credit Unions and Members.
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales Leadership.
  • Assist with due diligence efforts.

  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma, or equivalent plus 1-2 years related work experience. 
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Team player with a "get it done" attitude and works collaboratively with others.
  • Demonstrate integrity in handling highly confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
  • Knowledge of the credit union industry.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically credit, debit and ATM.
  • Financial Institution background is preferred.
  • One – three years’ experience working in sales operations with experience in the EFT industry is desired.
